THE TEAM
Dr Adam Haque, MBChb, MRCS, PGCert, MSc, PhD
Founder
Adam graduated with Distinction in Medicine in 2010 and is an Academic Vascular Surgeon (NIHR Academic Clinical Lecturer/ST5) in Manchester. He is Internationally recognised for his research using exercise to improve outcomes for patients with cardiovascular disease and completed a PhD in the subject in 2020. He has multiple publications, presentations and given invited lectures at International conferences. He invented and developed the concept of Respect Health having been frustrated by the poor provision of exercise services in peripheral arterial disease.


Philip Ranger
Co-founder
Philip Ranger is a Co-Founder and Director of Respect Health Solutions and acts as CFO for the company, managing the finances and the accounts as well as providing general business and operational advice.
He has some 40 years’ experience in business in sectors ranging from investment banking and financial services through to children’s entertainment, music, healthcare and technology. For the past 12 years he has been running a variety of companies (Respect Health is his 4th startup) and he has raised in excess of £2.5m in angel funding, grants and other investment.

Sarah Bradbury
Physiotherapist, Co-founder
Sarah is the clinical specialist physiotherapy for Respect Health and is responsible for developing and delivering the exercise content of the service. She is an expert in amputee rehabilitation with over 20 years of experience in this field and leads the multidisciplinary therapy service in a large NHS sub regional limb centre. Sarah also has extensive experience in the assessment and rehabilitation of patients with complex medical conditions such as those with vascular history and traumatic or elective limb loss after major accidents/injuries. Sarah has vast experience of treating and managing patients with upper and lower limb complex physical presentations and musculoskeletal conditions covering all age ranges. She also has advanced skills in assessing gait, MSK and bio-mechanical issues affecting movements and physical skills.

Dave Conway
Health & Life Coach, Co-founder
As a Health and Life Coach for Respect Health, Dave helps patients to create great habits to improve their health and lifestyles. He's also a Yoga teacher, which enables him to focus on exercise and movement as one of the key elements for getting people back to good health. Dave provides the smoking cessation course (NCSCT standard treatment programme) for all of our programmes and is a member of the U.K. Health Coach Association with his qualifications also CCE accredited by the International Coaching Federation. He is a Yoga Alliance International and Yoga Alliance Professionals qualified Yoga Teacher, specialising in sports performance and recovery. Dave is also a member of the British Association for Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation and certified in Lifestyle Risk Factor Management

Gareth Williams

Content creator, Co-founder
Gareth began his career working in healthcare for the Healthcare Commission, Stockport NHS Foundation Trust and the General Medical Council. As a trained actor, he's also worked in the film and TV industries both in front of and behind the camera. Combining his knowledge of working in healthcare and in film, Gareth has taken on the role of creating, editing and managing all of the video content for Respect Health.
